Operations Engineer - Assembly & Dispatch

• Supervise assembly activities to ensure products are assembled as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. 

• Review daily assembly, packing, dispatch, and project requirements and allocate resources accordingly. 

• Conduct routine inspections of assembled units and packing materials to identify defects, shortages, or improvement opportunities. 

• Verify compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures during assembly, packing, and material handling activities. 

• Coordinate with Production, QC, Store, and Logistics departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely dispatch. 

• Monitor daily progress against production and dispatch schedules and take corrective actions to avoid delays. 

• Ensure availability of materials, tools, consumables, and packing materials required for assembly and dispatch activities. 

• Support troubleshooting and resolution of assembly, fitment, packing, and dispatch-related issues. 

• Verify completion of quality checks, punch points, documentation, and dispatch clearances before shipment. 

• Maintain daily production, packing, manpower, and dispatch records and submit progress reports. 

• Monitor housekeeping, 5S implementation, and safe working practices within the assembly and packing areas. 

• Coordinate loading activities and ensure proper handling, securing, and protection of products during transportation. 

• Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance productivity, quality, and dispatch efficiency. 

• Ensure all assigned assembly and packing activities are completed within planned timelines and project requirements.
