Systems, Sensors, and Media for Clean Air
AQOZA designs and builds gas-phase filtration equipment as a complete range: the treatment units that remove contaminants, the sensors that measure them, and the media that do the chemical work inside. Treatment units cover odour control, toxic gas removal, indoor air quality, VOC removal, and corrosion monitoring and control - each configured to the gas load, airflow and duty of the installation rather than supplied as a fixed catalogue item.
Supporting these are our gas monitors, used to establish site conditions and verify treatment performance, and our filtration media range - activated carbons, impregnated aluminas and blended adsorbents matched to specific target gases. Because we engineer the unit, the media and the monitoring together, each part is specified against the same measured problem. Explore each product line below for applications and details.
Common Questions
-
How does AQOZA custom-engineer a filtration unit for a specific site?
Every AQOZA unit is custom-engineered rather than picked from a catalogue: the process starts from your measured gas species and inlet concentrations, the airflow to be treated and the target outlet level, then media, bed configuration and casing materials - polypropylene, FRP or flameproof options for corrosive duties - are specified to that duty before fabrication.
-
How does AQOZA validate performance before a unit is installed?
AQOZA validates every proposal in its in-house gas-testing lab before installation: candidate media are tested against your inlet gas profile and target outlet levels, so the unit is specified to a measured result rather than a datasheet assumption. On site, outlet gas sensors or corrosion coupons then confirm the installed system performs as validated.
-
How do I get a quote from AQOZA, and how quickly will I hear back?
To get a quote, send an enquiry with your gas species and concentrations, the airflow to be treated and your target outlet level; AQOZA responds within 48 hours. There is no fixed price list - every system is priced to the duty, with media lab-validated against your gas profile before the proposal is issued.
-
What happens when filtration media reaches the end of its life?
When filtration media saturates, AQOZA's cartridge replacement service supplies fresh media and handles disposal of the spent charge, so change-outs need no specialist handling on your side. Water-regenerable grades such as CASORB HS2 are the exception: an on-site water wash restores their capacity, deferring replacement altogether.
