◆ Sales & Business Development

• Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities across target markets and segments.

• Conduct client meetings, on-site visits, and product presentations to understand needs and propose solutions.

• Educate potential clients on air quality challenges due to gases — odour, corrosion, compliance — and convert awareness into purchase decisions.

• Navigate multi-stakeholder accounts, managing conversations across Facility Managers, Engineers, Finance, and decision-making MDs simultaneously.

• Identify and pursue relevant tenders, bids, and RFQ opportunities to drive business growth.

• Represent AQOZA at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.

• Identify new leads through client visits, online research, incoming enquiries, and industry events.

Sales Documentation & Coordination

• Compile and submit tender documents, ensuring all technical and commercial requirements are accurately addressed.

• Prepare client-specific presentations and product configurations tailored to the client’s application and requirements.

• Ensure accuracy and consistency in all technical and commercial documentation shared with clients.

• Manage client communication, follow-ups on proposals, and pending responses in a timely manner.

• Coordinate with internal technical, proposal, and design teams to complete documentation on time.

◆ After-Sales Coordination

• Own handover of project documentation and dispatch information to the Project team post-order.

• Track client interactions, service follow-ups, and warranty timelines to ensure timely support and resolution.

• Obtain completion certificates, satisfactory letters, and relevant feedback from end users.

◆ Internal Reporting & CRM Management

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all leads, opportunities, document submissions, and project status.

• Prepare weekly sales activity reports and pipeline summaries.


• B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering; B.Sc Chemistry also considered.

• 0–1 years of experience. Freshers with strong communication skills and a drive to sell are encouraged to apply.

• Ability to own the full sales cycle from lead identification to deal closure.

• Willingness to develop product knowledge in gas phase filtration.

• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.

• Disciplined CRM usage and structured pipeline follow-through.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.

• Proficiency in English, Hindi preferred
