Key Responsibilities:

 ðŸ”¹Sales Documentation & Coordination

  • Prepare and format essential sales documents including proposals, quotations, RFQs, RFPs, and MoMs (Minutes of Meetings).
  • Assist in compiling and submitting tender documents, ensuring all technical and commercial requirements are accurately addressed.
  • Manage client communication and responses.
  • Maintain organized records of all submitted proposals, tenders, and client communications for easy tracking and reference.
  • Support follow-ups on proposals, pending responses, and client communication.
  • Coordinate internal inputs from technical, proposal, and design teams to complete documentation on time.

🔹Pre-Sales Support

  • Assist in preparing client-specific presentations, BOQs, product configurations, and solution briefs.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in technical and commercial documentation shared with clients.
  • Track and document relevant upcoming industry events and expos
  • Assist during events, expos, and customer visits by coordinating documentation, presentations, and follow-up activities.
  • Assist in identifying and tracking relevant tenders to support business growth and bidding opportunities.
  • Identify new sales leads through online research, incoming enquiries, and relevant industry events or expos.

🔹 After-Sales Coordination

  • Support handover of project documentation and dispatch information to Project team.🔹 After-Sales Coordination

  • Track client interactions, service follow-ups, and warranty timelines to assist in timely support and resolution.
  • Obtain completion certificates, satisfactory letter and other relevant feedbacks from the end user
  • 🔹 Internal Reporting & CRM Management
  • Update CRM tools, sales trackers, and internal logs for opportunities, document submissions, and project status.
  • Prepare basic sales performance summaries and weekly activity reports for the business development team.

B. Tech in Mechanical/ Chemical/ Civil or Electrical Engineering; bachelor’s in science preferable Chemistry
