In most water pumping stations, control of odor is of prime importance, if not controlled can become a nuisance to the workers and the neighbourhood. Odours emanated during the process require gas phase filtration prior to exhausting from irrigation tanks and pumping stations. Therefore, control of hydrogen sulphide and noxious odors releasing from such tanks become crucial.
